Accenture seems to be targeting prospective employees/employers and making sure they're at least educated in this particular field to a certain entry-level before hiring them. It's a good way to get qualified employees or interns and preview or prescreen prospects, it also does marketing for their particular portfolio of offerings and getting prospective employers to be partners... a 'win-win' in their sense...
