Credly for Dummies - icedmoo52 - 03-24-2023

So last time I got ACE credit was 2020 I believe. I never transferred them to the new system. I don't know how any of this works.

Questions:
How do I transfer my old ACE credit to the new system?
Is some of it lost? (Ex insurance ethics course, SDC that is not ace credit anymore, etc.)
How do I create a credly account?
Break it down simple. Dont worry about over simplifying it.

How much does it cost to send transcript to schools?

Start with the ACE & Credly Wiki Page   - https://degreeforum.miraheze.org/wiki/Category:ACE_%26_Credly

The only ones I know that are 'lost' are the insurance ethics courses (The Insurance Institute didn't opt to move to Credly)

It is best if you sign up for your Credly account with the same email address (whenever possible) that you used when you earned/linked the ACE credits previously

As many, I had the same issue dealing with The Institute Ethics class credits. I ended up just retaking ethics on sophia when I went for my Pierpont AAS.

As far as cost, it depends on where you are sending them from. Credly is free, Parchment is like 15 dollars when I sent from ASU. My old school used snail mail and cost 5 dollars. Really depends on where they are coming from and where they are going.

What is the goal you're trying to accomplish?
