Just got this email last week from CLEP:

That's interesting! I have like the Coursera courses a lot... better than what many for-credit colleges are offering. Has anyone taken both Modern States and Coursera courses that can tell use which format is better? If people can afford to pay for the CLEPS and like Coursera better, I could see this being a "win". Meanwhile, I am going to keep referring people to Modern States because the give the vouchers to take the CLEPs for free and I mostly am working with people who have not money to be spending.
