just got instantcert - AdrianPeterson - 06-16-2008 Hello all. I have finally finished my fema work. I have just got instantcert and am ready for the clep. First question is for anybody going to tesc. The BA program is 120 credits. My question is. Is the AS/AA basically the first half (60 credits of that). So do i need 120, or 180 to earn a BA/BS. Thank you. Also what is a easy test to get started with. Thank you everybody. just got instantcert - CLEP101 - 06-16-2008 Try Here's To Your Health. That was the first one I took with barely studying. Another one I took with no study time was Freshman College composition w/o essay. Principles of Supervision was also another one with no study time. Good luck!!! just got instantcert - originalbigjim - 06-16-2008 you need 120 total, including the 60 credits from you AA. just got instantcert - AdrianPeterson - 06-16-2008 Thank you everyone. I was thinking of doing the english requirement first. Does anybody know if which one of these is the easiest. For example freshman comp, or english comp w essay. would i get 6 credits atleast for either. Also has anybody actually used instantcert to study for it and passed. was it easy. just got instantcert - DetroitSki - 06-17-2008 English Comp w/essay was easy. I took it cold. If you can read, recognize bad grammar and write a basic essay (250-300) words. You will be fine. Stop your squirming and sit the test asap. just got instantcert - mlwilliamsiv - 06-17-2008 If you are definitely going to TESC, I've heard from others on this forum that they will only accept the English Composition with essay to meet the English Requirement. If you are planning to attend Excelsior than the no CLEP will meet the Engish Requirement. You'll have to take an actual class or take their ECE English Composition exam which is rather pricey. Hope this info helps you. P.S: I'd take the Intro to Sociology CLEP to get your feet wet. Rather easy exam. Just study the IC flashcards thoroughly and you should do just fine. Also be sure to check out the Specific Exam Feedback section as well. From a loyal degree seeker, Marshall |
