Sophia - uncapentin - 12-03-2022 Is Sophia planning to bring back the classes that are no longer showing up ? Ancient Greek Philosophers, Foundations of English Comp, etc...? Ancient Greek Philosophers, Foundations of English Comp, etc...? If your Sophia account is tied to a specific school, they'll hide courses from your view. Customer support should be able to remove the school from your account so you can see all the courses. The alternative would be to view the list of courses available while you're not logged in, and then when you're ready to take a hidden course, request customer support to sign you up for that course. Ancient Greek Philosophers, Foundations of English Comp, etc...? We are changing this on Tuesday, December 13th. Then you'll be able to see both types of courses: the ones that are mapped to your university, and "other Sophia courses" that may not be officially mapped, but may be accepted at your school anyhow. Thank you for the update - that's an awesome change! In fact. I'm thoroughly impressed with everything Sophia has been adding over the past year. The only downside is the difficulty in scaling up operations as Sophia grows in popularity, which can result in longer waits for grading or customer service response. But those are good problems to have (for Sophia), and I can see the effort is there to try and solve them. Keep up the great work, and best of luck! |
