Do UMPI offers any online associate degree? Any recommendations to get associate degree ( any major ) ASAP from UMPI or any other institution?  I want to help my friend. Many thanks

UMPI offers an AA, but I believe it's in-person only.

Pierpont Community & Technical College used to be the go-to for an associate's degree around here, but I don't know if it still is. I think it was the BOG AAS that folks recommended: https://www.pierpont.edu/academics/associate-degrees/board-of-governors/.

That is what I originally intended to do when I first started researching this. I wanted my associates degree in order to be able to apply to certain jobs. I came to the realization that the extra work to get a bachelors degree was worth it. The cost was more or less the same, so figured why not?

If you're American, it's still the go-to way to get an Associate degree quickly.

If you're not American, I believe the cheapest/fastest way to get an Associate degree would be through Snow College: https://snow.edu/online/aol.html However, getting a Bachelor's degree at UMPI can be much cheaper (and potentially faster) than getting an Associate degree from Snow.

Technically UMPI does not offer an associate degree on YourPace. A few people have added one while completing their bachelor's degree on YourPace.

Pierpont or Snow College are probably the best options. But one should consider how quickly a bachelor's degree can be completed compared to an associate degree and the cost difference. Keep in mind that in many jobs an associate degree isn't even enough to be eligible to apply.
