On the multiple choice exams are the questions the same as the quizzes?

Not in my experience. There may be a few questions that are similar, but definitely not the same such as math problems.

Most exams and quizzes may have similar questions but not the exact ones, I would still study as much as you can to get the "full" picture of the class. Some areas or concepts may be harder than others... Review what you think you need help with.

Memorizing the quizzes will do little to no real value in the exams. However, as shared by @bjcheung77, to ensure a passing grade, you will want to spend quality time with the study material. In addition, there is a significant value for comprehension on the material by spending time with the explanations on missed quiz answers.
