Open Electives on Purdue Global - Overlord - 08-15-2022 I was making a degree plan for BS in Cloud Computing. I've all but finalized the courses and sources of alternate credits for the Core Requirements and Major Requirements. When it comes to Open Electives, do I get to choose any and all courses they offer across departments or am I allowed to only pick and choose from a set of courses? Would really appreciate any and all help. RE: Open Electives on Purdue Global - ss20ts - 08-15-2022 Are you going with an ExcelTrack? That one you have to work with your academic advisor on because everything isn't available every term. RE: Open Electives on Purdue Global - bjcheung77 - 08-15-2022 PUG Program page PDF with all the required courses, it doesn't say anything about the Electives. It should be anything you want. Is there a list of some sorts where they list available courses? We can get you in and out of Purdue Global in 6 months (2 terms) with a bachelor's degree. You want to bring in as many cheap alternative credits as possible so that you only have to do 8 or 9 courses at Purdue Global to get your degree. Clockhammer was going to do Cloud but switched to IT after Purdue changed how Cloud certification would count for courses. Both degrees are good degrees though and there are plans for each of them.
