Lessons Required to Study for DSST Art of the Western World - Stacie - 07-20-2022

Greetings,

I hope this finds you well.

I'm studying to take the DSST Art of the Western World. I'm using Study.com, and for that test, they have 253 lessons. I don't want to waste time going over material not on the test (as I'll soon be studying for the DSST Astronomy and Math for Liberal Arts). Does anyone know which lessons in particular I should study and go over?

Thank you in advance!

Be aware that DSST Art of the Western World has a military pass rate of only 5%.

That is one of the hardest exams to pass.

Oof. Didn't know that, but hey, I can appreciate a challenge!
I need at least 400 for my institution. Maybe I'll use InstantCert and Study.

That's why I want to focus my efforts on the more crucial aspects of the test.
I'll figure it out. Probably use Study and InstantCert. ?

It looks like they've done a pretty even spread, so "everything" is crucial. That's probably why it's so difficult.

When I did CLEPs I did Instantcert, Quizlet and Peterson's.

Once you can score 70% on the practice tests, then you should be easily able to pass the final.

In addition to what was mentioned, not just InstantCert/Study.com resources or the addition of Quizlet/Peterson practice tests, but you also want to grab a "slimmed" down book on the DSST either online or at the library to review the contents. This is because the course exam is so spread out, there really isn't a "focus" on any particular section, you need to know them all pretty well.

I'll definitely check out Quizlet. I used them a lot to pass other classes in college.
Hopefully the library will have some study guides as well.

Thanks everyone! Sorry if my question didn't/doesn't make sense. I've been tired these last few weeks. :')
