COSC history major non-western history requirements - Math avoidant - 05-12-2022

Hello fellow degree hackers, leaning towards a general studies in history degree from cosc and have some questions about the required 6 credits in non-western history. Looking at the following sources I think I've found several that could qualify but I'm not quite sure on them meeting the non-western history credit requirements (https://www.charteroak.edu/catalog/current/subject_area_concentrations/history.php).

 I am open to other sources for the non-western history requirements, I just don't know where/what those sources are. Any help would be deeply appreciated.
