post secondary question - nj593 - 05-17-2008 Ok, I'll repost my question in this area, maybe it will get answered . Anyway, I have gone to 3 post secondary schools a long time ago. Computers etc. Never the less, Is there any schools out there that will accept this and transfer these useless clock hours into credit? Thanks ! post secondary question - bawhitsett - 05-17-2008 It really depends on their accreditation, and what type of school you're looking to transfer them to. Give us some more details and someone may be able to provide an answer... post secondary question - nj593 - 05-17-2008 Hmm, Well two of them are through Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology I will find out the other ones. my school currently that I am in is University of Phoenix online. I mean if there is another college out there that will take them and make at least some of it into credit that would be great. Because then i can transfer that college credit to this one Iam sure. Or at least later use them somewhere else. Thanks all ! bawhitsett Wrote:It really depends on their accreditation, and what type of school you're looking to transfer them to. You're likely going to have the most luck with other NA schools and the RA for-profits. Also you could probably wrap some of those credits into TESC's PLA for credit that would transfer elsewhere. Maybe some others can share their experiences with ACCSCT schools. Good luck. post secondary question - nj593 - 05-18-2008 Thank you for all that input !!! bawhitsett Wrote:ACCSCT is a national accreditation body and at one point I know my alma mater Remington College (which is ACCSCT) had a transfer agreement with Capella University, which is RA, not so sure now.
