When people use the term Online DSST Test, that means its online at the test center. (as opposed to a pen & paper test that first has to be mailed to the scoring center) oops... The one I gave you says they only give the test to enrolled students. Check out that link, there are other test centers in NYC (some in Brooklyn). They told me they have an average of 2 tests per month, so make sure you call on time to register for June (next one is June 4th) and theres's also one next week but that was too soon for me!
