Here's a success story, you don't really need to go the StraighterLine route, you can start with Sophia.org for example instead.  Just give yourself a bit of time to decide on the degree/school you want and finish there.  The example here is a lady who attended TESU and was able to take courses towards their degree and StraighterLine knocked out a handful of them...

Pffft. I'm 52. Started with Sophia, went to EGCC to get a few other credits, graduating Franklin this Fall. 10 more classes to go!

Congrats for getting thus far! <I'll cheer for you on the side lines>, it's never too old to start or continue with your education. Many of the board members started or completed their degree at the same age (lover 50).

Yes, I completed my Associates last year and I'm in the over 50 crowd.
