For this one it seems they're providing extra practice exams, which is pretty worth it even though it seems it's just for the MCA, CCNA and PMP, the $10 bundle seems best if you want the extra practice exams text. Some may be for outdated (or soon to be outdated) test versions. One that I know offhand is the Pentest+ book is for the 001 version which is retiring in a month or so. With that said, I've had luck using outdated materials before to prep for tests.
