Pierpont Login Info Letter - misskym - 02-24-2022

Hi.

I submitted my application for enrollment approximately 3 weeks ago and STILL have not receive the letter with my login info.

What is the average amount of time that it takes to arrive in the mail?

Thanks!

It's usually 1-2 weeks. But have you received any other mail recently? I've heard from some people that, due to covid and mail carriers calling out sick, there are pockets of the country where mail has almost completely STOPPED. You might still receive Amazon packages and/or junk mail, but not ordinary letters.

I have not had any issues besides this.

I will contact them this afternoon and see what is the best way to proceed.

While you're waiting for them... You should also continue with your accumulation of alternative credits through the recommended ACE credit providers, or if you prefer, CLEP/MS. That way, you can get more credits towards your Bachelors goal. You also need to create a Bachelors degree action plan, basically a spreadsheet of all the courses you will take towards the Bachelors degree.

UPDATE: Letter received today.

I went back and checked and my application was initially sent/received by Pierpont on 01/26.

Thanks!

I am currently working on BIOL with SDC.

I have registered for UMPI for the session starting 3/14.

The total amount of credits I will be transferring is 81 (after BIOL) or 84 (if I complete the Spanish via Instacert).

The plan is to get the Pierpont AAS, and then use that for the UMPI BAS with a minor in MIS.
