Question on a Degree - futuregrad41 - 01-23-2022 Hi everyone, I had a question about a college called Quantum University in Hawai'i. Does anyone know if it is nationally accredited? RE: Question on a Degree - rachel83az - 01-23-2022 It's got a .com and not a .edu, which is never a good sign. Looking deeper, it is 100% unaccredited. Its only supposed "accreditation" comes from professional boards that I've never heard of and I'm not sure if they can even be considered legit. RE: Question on a Degree - ClockworkHammer - 01-23-2022 They probably only have aloha level courses Sorry RE: Question on a Degree - futuregrad41 - 01-23-2022 Okay, thank you so much! RE: Question on a Degree - rachel83az - 01-23-2022 If you need help finding an accredited program, let us know. RE: Question on a Degree - carrythenothing - 01-23-2022 ED's Database of Accredited Postsecondary Institutions and Programs (includes NA, RA, and programmatic accreditation, if any): https://ope.ed.gov/dapip/ RE: Question on a Degree - dfrecore - 01-23-2022 (01-23-2022, 09:35 AM)futuregrad41 Wrote: Hi everyone, I normally go to a schools website and search for "accreditation" and see what pops up. It will tell you the accrediting body if there is one. RE: Question on a Degree - bjcheung77 - 01-23-2022 Even though they've started since 2007, they're still just state authorized/recognized for degree granting, they're not actually accredited by any recognized agency, if you read their webpage link here you will see several non-recognized affiliations, I would skip them until they get "some" additional accreditation https://quantumuniversity.com/how-it-works/ |
