How does this degree plan look?
Have I maximized Sophia and SDC?
Any suggestions for changes will be appreciated.

That spreadsheet gives me a headache. I love doing degree plans, but not ones that look like this. Yikes.

I like that spreadhseet. It makes sense to me! The only issue is it doesn't show what you plan to take, only what they should come to UMPI as. It makes it harder to tell whether, for instance, you are taking Biology 101L at SDC or if you've mistakenly planned for a different class.
Don't do English Comp at either Sophia or SDC. UMPI is soooooo much easier! 1 paper per class vs. multiple.

Foundations courses aren't transferable. Take Intro to Stats instead of Foundations of Stats. You need to complete most of your UL courses at UMPI. Keep that in mind. You have to complete a MINIMUM of 30 credits at UMPI AND most of the UL courses. You don't have anything for your general electives on here. I would do those instead of so many UL courses. Many gen ed courses can be completed on Sophia.

This is what I have for general electives. It was on the far right of the spreadsheet. I have tried to make the spreadsheet easier to read.

Thanks for pointing that out! I have added it now into column G.

I think you have all of the credits you can take at Sophia.

CSMlearn only offers one class.
