Quick update:

A-B Tech - out-of-state students are eligible, but the deadline is December 8.
Seminole State - out-of-state students are eligible, but to qualify for ~2k grant a student must take at least 6 credits.
Lake Michigan - funds for out-of-state students are limited.

I got into ab tech. Haven't registered for classes.
