It's a step in the "right" direction, I believe more IVY League schools traditionally would "remain" off line for the most part, but having online courses and certs, diplomas would be a great addition. Here's hoping they have more in terms of "degrees" at both the undergrad/graduate levels... not only at Dartmouth but other IVY ones that haven't dipped into the online offerings yet...
