Advice please - akr680 - 09-16-2021

I am just two courses(Cornerstone and Capstone) away from BSBA -CIS from TESU. Meantime, I got admission from an Indian university for MBA - ITM, which cost me $2000. So if I pursue BSBA -CIS, then I need to spend around $5800.

Is it worth to get BSBA -CIS? Please advice.

In my opinion, the answer is yes.

You mean in addition to your planned TESU BS in Data Science & Analytics? If that is what you mean then - No.  Your BS in Data Science & Analytics and a MBA-ITM is more than enough.  I wouldn't spend the money on a second bachelor; plus an MBA is basically just a higher level version of the BSBA. It is also my understanding that you're not located in the US - if the Indian university meets the needs of accreditation of your career goals then sounds like a wise path. There are many well respected international schools - especially at the graduate level.

Thanks, I am planning to drop my BS in Data Science & Analytics as well. After my MBA, I can enroll in MS - Data Analytics program.

My recommendation is to skip the TESU degrees and finish your MBA ITM, then get a WGU MS Data Analytics or something similar.

BTW, which school is offering the MBA ITM for just $2 grand? That's just awesome!

Do you have any bachelors degree currently? If not, is the MBA program willing to maintain the offer of admission without one?
