United States Institute of Peace has 12 free, self-paced “micro courses” that include a certificate. There are other courses listed for free, but I haven’t investigated those. No indication of college credit, but some interesting subject matter.

I did the Conflict Resolution one on a lark a few years ago and I thought it was okay. There's not much of a credit option here (other than maybe doing a lot of them and petitioning for credit through PLA) but they're interesting, and might be useful resume bullet points for someone getting into the international development or foreign policy fields.
