Changing the criteria drastically changes the list: on campus vs off campus, with financial aid and without financial aid, and net ROI vs % ROI.
So, since most of us are or have been off campus students and received financial, I mostly looked at the rankings with those filters on. It was interesting to see that WGU and TESU were ranked among the top colleges for annual percentage ROI for off campus students who receive financial aid. 20-year net ROI, however, is dominated by technical and engineering schools.
