What professor would you recommend for TESU's SOS-110?

Thank you

This is how I picked which section to register for that class. I looked at who was teaching for the term. I looked up their names on ratemyprofessors. If someone had too low of marks or no reviews yet on there or didn't show up in the search on this forum, I didn't pick that one. I had 3 options with really good feedback and picked one of those, and it worked to have good course. His name was Hill. I thought grading was timely and participation in discussions was helpful too. Responded quickly to questions.

I also used RMP to select my mentor. As with all online review sites, look for common themes and ignore outliers. Sometimes you can even tell why someone wasn't happy with their grade from the spelling and grammar used in their review. In the end, I found several options with mostly decent reviews and picked one. That choice has worked out fine so far.

If you want a name of a specific mentor, I am with Paul Kiesow in the current term and have found him responsive, involved, friendly, and helpful.

Separately, I also absolutely recommend Dr. Augustus Black for LIB-495 capstone. He is simply amazing. Very involved, generous with time, caring. He's meticulous and will make you work, but genuinely wants all his students to succeed and earn a good grade.

I echo using RMP. That's how I found these two.

I checked RMP but not all the professors were there. A few of the ones who were available for SOS-110 weren't highly rated so I took a chance on Tara Revell as my prof. I was very happy with the choice I made. She provides insightful feedback and actually reads through the assignments, which I understand some people have had issues with. If I had a choice for her for the Capstone I wouldn't even bother looking at other professors.

for SOS-110 I'd also check out LevelUP's feedback here as it really helped to understand the coursework as it's a bit overwhelming when you start.
