Seems like some of them have a corresponding Microsoft cert that you can get for a discount, some of which are ACE recommended. I did find it helpful as an alternative testing prep or skill refresher. But there is no ACE credit there that I'm aware of. Now by finishing a course and adding it to your profile might give you additional search capability on Linkedin. I do think for limited or new accounts it will help.
