Help name my new venture - TINASAM - 03-15-2021

Having a hard time coming up with a name. Now that Covid is starting to decline, I'm getting back in the ring for my wellness practice. I have certificates in grief counsel, coaching, and some acceptance and commitment therapy. I'm looking at my signature program of helping people with a 12 week package I designed that incorporates multi-aspects of dealing with and creating coping skills for those that have recently (or not recently but struggling with) terminal or chronic medical diagnosis. I'm trying to find something that is both pleasant sounding and hopeful, but also isn't so obtuse that you don't know from looking at the name what the program is about.
Suggestions?  Would love thoughts on what y'all can brainstorm to help.

My signature program is designed to help you:
Process your diagnosis and find real coping mechanisms
Develop attainable goals to be able to tackle your new life
Reassess your old life versus the new life you have
Turn obstacles into stepping stones
Create a positive and accepting attitude for what lies ahead

I'll have to think more, but "Graceful Passings" comes to mind.

I am curious where you got your certificates.

I did an ICF approved Coaching Training Course that had specialized niches you could pick (so us that didn't want to be executive coaches or school coaches could learn different skills). I choose Grief. The Acceptance and Commitment Coaching was done via a small group setting and I also was trained in it when I volunteered as a peer counsel.

While I do love the suggestion of Graceful Passings, if I were to be doing only terminal clients I'd definitely do that, but I would rather not have death so front and center for the clients that are in chronic long-term conditions not just terminal.

A colleague has suggested some terms and I believe we've settled on "Hearten Uplift", to hopefully invoke brighter days after going through the goal setting and coming to terms with a new reality.

Thank you everyone for commenting Smile <3

Thanks and good luck!

Well, using "Pathways" instead of "Passings" would be less definitive, so maybe "Graceful Pathways".

Mindful Lifepaths would be my suggestion.

As it conveys awareness and it is a path, whether terminal or not, one is aware, conscious that is their reality at that moment and that they can choose to deal with the situation in a more meaningful way, instead of getting all depressed.

Diagnosis Hope was the first name that came to mind for me.
