PLEASE CONFIRM - HBCIRCA14 - 02-05-2021

Based on the link shared for UL TESU credits, the fact that I need at least two different areas under my BALS concentration here are the classes I am looking at to fulfill the requirements. Can someone confirm I have this right?

Liberal Arts Part A

TEEX                                            Death Investigation
SDC                    ENG305              Advanced Technical Writing
SDC                    PSY301              Industrial/Organizational  Psychology
Coopersmith        CUL301              Culinary Food Styling
Coopersmith        PSY325               Career Counseling

According the the evaluation from TESU I have part B complete.

Culinary Food Styling won't work for sure - it's not considered a BALS area. You need something that falls into the Humanities or Social Sciences areas (or Natural Sciences, Computer Sciences, Math).

Sorry, I have a mistake in the UL list of courses from Coopersmith. Food styling and career counseling are only free electives. I hadn't realized that I had neglected to transfer updated info to the BALS plan. I will go through and double check everything now. For now, check the Coopersmith page on the wiki because that has the most up to date info as of right now.

Otherwise, between ENG, PSY, and AOJ, you are good as far as meeting the "two different areas" requirement.

Oh BOO. I was looking forward to improving my Instagram page  Big Grin. Thanks for saving me time.

Will do. Thank you! So the other two classes can fall into PSY and I should be fine since I have more than two area covered?

Yep, you'll be good. A couple of students have gotten a BALS with their only UL credits being the ACTFL exams and Death Investigation.
