Continuing Education department at University of Cambridge has an online undergraduate diploma program for only £2,150 GBP!
The program is normally not offered online but due to COVID-19, they changed it into an online program. There'll be no face-to-face meeting!
"For the 2020-2022 Academic Year this course is being taught remotely. This means there will be no face-to-face teaching and you will not need to be present in person in Cambridge. You'll have to write 'University of Cambridge Institute of Continuing Education' or 'University of Cambridge ICE'

Their name suggests it should be either... but the Diploma is a legitimate University of Cambridge undergraduate diploma. I don't think it will mention about Continuing Education on Diploma.
Here's a certificate of someone who did 'Postgraduate certificate' program at Institute of Continuing Education:
