New ASU-EA Accounting course - doom - 12-17-2020 Looks like ASU added a new course starting in March 2021: https://ea.asu.edu/courses/uses-accounting-information-i New ASU-EA Accounting course - rachel83az - 12-17-2020 ACC 230 from ASU is TESU's ACC 101 Financial Accounting. This looks to be the same course but with 1 number higher; I bet it'll come in as the same thing. This could be a good option for people looking for a relatively inexpensive RA option with TESU's updated policies. To be honest, I was messing around on ASU site, to distract myself from the bad news about Linear Algebra. Good sign that at least I found something interesting... RE: New ASU-EA Accounting course - nomaduser - 12-17-2020 Nice! I hope they will add more EA courses like this. They should offer an online associate's degree too. They should offer an online associate's degree too. The ASU Earned Admission program is designed to help people who otherwise wouldn't qualify for admission to "earn" admission by taking up to about 12 credits with an acceptable GPA. It's a way for them to help funnel students into their own full degree programs while simultaneously offering students a relatively cheap and low risk way to gain admission, with the side benefit of having RA courses that they could transfer elsewhere if they wanted. I don't see them adding associate's degrees to their EA program anytime soon without completely revamping and rebranding it, yet again (it was formerly called global freshman academy). RE: New ASU-EA Accounting course - nomaduser - 12-17-2020 or they could give us 'Undergraduate Certificate' too. They don't offer AA's there at all (many state schools don't, that's what community colleges are for). |
