I tried to register several times and it usually says that I have to be US resident. Any idea how I can solve that?

Yes, there are a few providers and schools that are only for US Citizens or Permanent Residents.  Onlinedegree.com and WGU for example are an education course provider and university that only caters to the US market at the moment.  There are no other ways to go around that.  I would suggest other options than Onlinedegree.com and WGU, Onlinedegree's course offerings might be cheap, but the material taught are "dry and lengthy" like Saylor.org courses, I would pay slightly more for courses offered elsewhere.  In regards to WGU, there are other competency based degree providers such as Brandman/Capella/NAU/Walden, etc.
