Jun 3rd. TESU is very generous but COSC is better than WGU when it comes to transferring.

I was asking as my son's eval did not include the Institutes and his advisor basically said "we have accepted all the relevant credits..." but maybe because he is going for an associates they have a limit of credits?

The transferable number of credits is significantly less for an associates degree. The degree has half as many credits as a bachelor's degree so it makes sense to accept far fewer transfer credits.
