I was wondering what the options are for COSC public speaking requirement. I don't want to take DSST.

Check out Sophia's Charter Oak page to see equivalencies. https://charteroak.sophia.org/#courses
Since they're free, it'd be a good idea to get as many of those credits as you can. And as long as you sign up by July 31st, you can keep postponing the courses indefinitely until you have time to take them all.
