Pretty weird that you can take the GRE at home but not a CLEP

Probably a response to grad schools still wanting a test score. I'm getting pressed for one as we speak so, it's nice to have this option.

I'm really interested to see if any forum members will opt to take the subject exams since their doable from home now.

I wish it applied to the subject tests, which my current degree plan depends on. Had planned to take the Bio GRE in April, which was affected by campus shutdowns. I don't have high hopes that the testing centers around there will be back open in the fall (just 50/50 hopes), and I'm wondering if GRE has the same concerns and won't be offering them until 2021, or might drop them altogether. Not giving up, just not overly optimistic.

The subject exams are still done in testing centers, apparently they're still done via paper and pencil?!?

Completely different company.

Now, if you were wondering why AP exams will be done at home, but not CLEP, then you've come up with something - because those are both done by College Board.

According to DANTES the Interim GMAT will be available for online testing starting Mid April. Maybe other testing providers will follow suite.

Is it worth taking if you've already fulfilled undergraduate requirements at Big Three schools?

If you want to go to grad school and your picks require it.
