New to Striaghterline - msa145 - 02-27-2020

Hi everyone,

I have recently registered to Striaghterline with the $99 off membership, and I have taken College Algebra for $59.

I was told I need to get 70% for a pass, and the final weights 30%.

1. Can you please tell me more about the proctored exam. Is it webcam monitored?

2. I want to make the most of the membership and take as many courses as I can. Any tips for the new bird?

Thankyou  Heart

Yes it is webcam monitored + screen monitored. They will ask you to scan your room to make sure there is nobody/no notes. https://www.straighterline.com/help-center/proctoring/

Make sure you only take courses that fit your degree plan, otherwise you are in a sense wasting time/money.
And be sure to check the coupon thread, and this page: https://www.straighterline.com/landing/coupons-and-promotion-codes/

Just to make sure: you overall need 70%, if you achieve 100% on everything but the final you could pass with 0% on the final. You would still have to take it.
