ProctorU - darthweezy - 02-25-2020 Has anyone every run into an issue of ProctorU telling you that you cannot use your book for a SL course that the final is open book? I'm adding a course to get another associates for when I get my BA and attempted to take the final yesterday. As I was getting ready to take it the proctor told me I couldn't use my book. SL show's this course is able to have open book but he closed out the tab and said I couldn't. I am curious if this has happened to anyone else? RE: ProctorU - lacussucceed - 02-25-2020 Show the syllabus. If it is in there, you are allowed to use it. If it is not, you can't. Also, you are only allowed to use the exact book they mention, hardcopy or through their ebook software. Next time have them check the syllabus or show it yourself. Yeah that's what I thought but the proctor x'd it out and said their side shows no material can be used. It was the class ebook. I sent an email to SL to get it all cleared up. RE: ProctorU - darthweezy - 02-25-2020 In the event anyone was wondering SL took care of it all. They were quick and easy to work with. |
