ASNSM - Tincer - 08-22-2019 Hie all, Which math courses did to take to fulfil the math requirement and where did you take them from? Kind regards Tincer RE: ASNSM - natshar - 08-22-2019 (08-22-2019, 11:56 AM)Tincer Wrote: Hie all,I didn't do this degree but literally any math courses will work: Sophia Study.com Aleks (up to 9 credits) Clep (college math is worth 6 credits) Dsst Coopersmith Csm Straighterline And more... Anything with that transfers to tesu as math should work. The only specific course you need is calculus for the math major. This is what makes the degree so easy to plan. RE: ASNSM - CarpeDiem8 - 08-22-2019 Hey Tincer! I am adding the asnsm in computer science to my BA/BS plan and am using CSMlearn along with Sophia.org’s Intro to Stats to complete the degree, no other math is required that I know of. HTH! Can you take all of them from SDC? Best regards Tincer RE: ASNSM - CarpeDiem8 - 08-22-2019 Quote:You need Calculus and around 13 more math credits Perhaps I am not following you guys. This is the page for TESU, correct? https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/asnsm/computer-science I see 6 credits: A. Quantitative Literacy E. The OP is talking of the ASNSM in Mathematics https://www.tesu.edu/heavin/asnsm/mathematics And to answer the OP's question - yes, you can take them all through Study.com RE: ASNSM - Tincer - 08-22-2019 (08-22-2019, 04:21 PM)CarpeDiem8 Wrote:Quote:You need Calculus and around 13 more math credits Hie Carpe Thanks for the response. I want to take the associates in math and just wanted to find whether I can take all the math from SDC, from what I have read it seems possible. Can you share the sources of your credits for the associates only as that is all i am interested in for now. I want to see where I can get alternative gen ed credits Kind regards Tincer (08-22-2019, 04:32 PM)allvia Wrote:(08-22-2019, 04:21 PM)CarpeDiem8 Wrote:Quote:You need Calculus and around 13 more math credits Hie Allvia May you please share where you got all of your credits for the associates, both gen ed and concentration. Kind regards Tincer RE: ASNSM - CarpeDiem8 - 08-22-2019 Hey Allvia! I checked the OP's 1st post and I didn't see anything that indicated it was for math. I believe that may be why it's confusing. |
