Do the online classes expire? - suzycupcake - 04-28-2019

Hello!

I was wondering if the classes from SDC and SL have any sort of expiration date to them? I could swear I saw something somewhere that had some sort of expiration date for courses but the search only came up with DSSTs.

TIA Smile

Any course that is ACE/NCCRS recommended has an expiration date (ACE is usually 3 years, NCCRS is 5 I think).  That being said, a course provider can have a course re-evaluated and if it's again recommended, it will have a new expiration date.  The number of credits and LL/UL recommendation may change as well at that time (although most times it doesn't).

Now, that has nothing to do with a course that recommended when you take it.  Once you take it, and it's on your ACE transcript, then it's good forever.  It's only future courses that may expire.
