Where do I send my transcripts? (cosc) - Argo - 02-28-2019
I applied to Charter Oak and paid the application fee. I haven't received any emails from them yet. Where do I send my transcripts? I see the address for the college on their website, but is there an office or department that I should have a transcript sent to? I wanted to request my onlinedegree.com transcript today but didn't get it done because I don't know what specific address to have it sent to.

I would send it care of (C/O) Registrars Office.
And the physical address of COSC.

The department for the physical address is Enrollment Services. There's a specific email address for sending transcripts electronically.

I've sent mine to jwashington@charteroak.edu . She works in the registrar's office.

I believe I also sent mine to the jwashington address. They're very very specific about where to send them. Ask a student advisor directly to make sure you get it right. You don't want to have to pay the transcript fee twice. (Speaking from experience.)
