CSU Global Independent Study Exams - natshar - 12-21-2018 How do I sign up for them? Because I am super confused. I inquired for more information and they told me I had to be a CSU global student. Also, anyone got a chart of CSU Global/TESU equivalency? RE: CSU Global Independent Study Exams - dfrecore - 12-21-2018 It's like TESU - you have to enroll (for free), then register like it's a normal class. I know a few, but I don't want to list them all. Is there a particular one you want to know about? Yeah the only one I was looking at was "Organizational Innovation and Change MGT351S (3 credits)" The reason is that I was thinking it might meet the "change management" requirement for the HR certificate and a couple other certificates TESU has. I just e-mailed TESU to ask what it transfers in as and if it meets the requirement. If it doesn't transfer in meet the certificate requirement, I don't see myself taking CSU Global at all. I have other ways to earn credit that are cheaper anyways. RE: CSU Global Independent Study Exams - sanantone - 12-21-2018 You apply as a non-degree-seeking student. After you're set up with an account, you request to be put into the Self-Study Assessment classes through your advisor. When you're ready, you schedule the final with their proctor. You don't pay until you take the test. RE: CSU Global Independent Study Exams - natshar - 12-21-2018 (12-21-2018, 06:16 PM)sanantone Wrote: You apply as a non-degree-seeking student. Thanks, I figured it out. Originally I think the guy was just confused and thought I wanted to take regular CSU courses. In order to do this. Do I have to send my transcripts from community college? Because I don't really want to pay the money to do so. No, you do not. As a non-degree-seeking student, you don't need to send anything. RE: CSU Global Independent Study Exams - dfrecore - 12-22-2018 TESU will take Study.com's BUS 304: Leading Organizational Change in lieu of Change Management for the certs you're talking about. Well then I guess I'm not going with CSU global. I'll just stick with study.com. It's easier that way anyways. |
