TESU BALS 'Liberal Studies Courses'- what qualifies? - elenlushk - 11-05-2018 Hi there, I did some mild search in this forum but am having a bit of trouble understanding what constitutes as 'Liberal Studies courses' for the TESU BALS degree? If you happen to have the course list somewhere or see it on the tesu website, please kindly show me where to visit? Thanks so much RE: TESU BALS 'Liberal Studies Courses'- what qualifies? - armstrongsubero - 11-05-2018 Any course that will fit into the general education requirments and does not fall into a professional designation are suitable for AOS of the BALS for example Science, Psychology and Mathematics courses will count. Business courses, Technology (Non-CIS for example CAP or CMP) and Electronics will not count. Of course there are exceptions like Organizational Behavior is a Psy course though it has a business designation and will fit into that AOS. RE: TESU BALS 'Liberal Studies Courses'- what qualifies? - allvia - 11-05-2018 So many subject options - just remember, no business courses. Anything that falls into the gen ed area works for BALS, you'll just need enough UL credits: This is a great page to get subject ideas of what works - https://www.tesu.edu/academics/courses/2016-and-after2 RE: TESU BALS 'Liberal Studies Courses'- what qualifies? - dfrecore - 11-05-2018 (11-05-2018, 07:20 AM)allvia Wrote: So many subject options - just remember, no business courses.
