When does the catalog change, in July? If I haven't enrolled by then would I then be under the next catalog?

Yes, the catalog generally changes July 1. The only thing it nails down is the degree requirements. Changes like tuition and fees, and course transfer equivalencies can still affect you. For example, when they stopped taking TECEPs for residency a few years ago, that affected current students as well as new ones.

July 1 is normally the catalog change, so if you don't enroll before then, you're subject to any changes that may come about.
