Not sure what your situation is, but I was looking for study materials for that exam, and ended up taking Environmental Science 101: Environment and Humanity from study.com for transfer credit instead. A $200 one month membership will get you that course and one other-- handy if you have anything else that you also need to complete. You can walk through all of their lessons and quizzes in maybe 8 hours or less and then only need a 55% on the proctored final to pass, which you can take online anytime you want. Cheaper and easier than DSST (for two courses anyway) and includes all of its own study materials.
If you don't want to do that, you can still sign up for their 3 day free trial and do their DSST prep course (https://study.com/academy/course/dsst-environment-humanity-course.html) -- it has about 75% overlap with the ES101 course. I know because it now says I have completed 75% of the DSST course by doing the ES101 course.

- Guides on the subscriber's forum
- Barron's AP Human Geography book (Amazon)
- Peterson's Official Guide to Mastering DSST Exams (Vol. 2)
