Study.com ENG-305 advanced technical writing - Paramedic12 - 05-10-2018

Has anyone taken Study.com ENG-305: Advanced technical writing? Comes in as UL to TESU BALS and I wanted to gauge difficulty level and time it takes. Also any info on the turn around time for grading. I’ve heard SL was very fast with grading and was hoping study.com would be similar

I have not tried it yet but I was looking at it myself to finish out my UL credits. it has over 100 quizzes and then that small project so I would guess that its going to take a few days

study.com is pretty fast on grading though, usually 3 business days on the final and then about that on the project

Awesome, thanks for the info. I’m going to start this class today. I’ve never done a study.com course so should be interesting.

well individual speed varies but i wouldn't bank on doing more than 20 quizzes or so a day if you work. if not, maybe 40. so if you're studying full time you might could do that one in 3 days? something like that, i would guess

study.com's app helps speed it up an awful lot, if you haven't downloaded that yet you should

Update: finished advanced technical writing in about three days. The course is fairly straight forward and mostly common sense. I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a quick UL. This was my first study.com course and I actually really enjoyed the experience. I was a little nervous because the writing assignment and final make up most of the grade but the final was very similar to the quiz questions and the writing assignment is simple if you follow the rubric.
