Accounting-Audit courses - Paramedic12 - 05-08-2018

Is anyone aware of a cheap accounting course in auditing? I’ve heard of csu globals course but it’s roughly a thousand dollars.

If the CSU Global Credit-by-Exam program works for whatever you need the course for, then it's only $250

Look at North Alabama's CPA prep courses or Oakton Community College.

Awesome. I think I’m gonna go with oakton community college for the course. Thanks for the info

Not sure if you're aware that with TESU and others, any course taken at a community college transfers as lower level credit. Auditing is generally upper level, so you may want to consider taking it at a university like UNA.

Yeah that makes sense. I’ll definitely look more into UNA then. I was hoping there would be a SDC or SL for auditing but I guess not. That’s basically the only class I couldn’t find using ACE sources

I second this, if you are getting a BSBA in Accounting, you need 12cr of UL, and since 2 courses are already taken with Intermediate Accounting I & II which are LL, you HAVE to take 4 UL courses to finish off your AOS.

If you are done with UL credits though, then it doesn't matter where you take it.

I took Auditing at UNA in 2011- was a good course. You can (currently) get four other UL courses from inexpensive sources: Study:com's Advanced, Applied Managerial and Cost Accounting and the Federal Taxation TECEP.
