Study Quiz attempts - sarahrahul - 05-08-2018 Hello , If i open and close a quiz on study.com it is counted as an attempt? My Internet is not working properly and a few times when i opened a quiz , i would lose the connection and it would shut down, i could not even attempt the questions, but when i did i passed. Would those open and close windows count as attempts? Thank you RE: Study Quiz attempts - jsh1138 - 05-08-2018 i have completed literally thousands of study.com quizzes and i've never had it tell me I was out of attempts. I close them halfway through all the time if i get interrupted or whatever, i don't think they count if you don't finish all the questions RE: Study Quiz attempts - MNomadic - 05-08-2018 You never "run out" of attempts. For the college credit courses that are made up of quizzes, proctored final, (and sometimes written assignments) they will only count up to the first 3 attempts towards your quiz grades, though. RE: Study Quiz attempts - sarahrahul - 05-08-2018 Thank you for the answers. The highest scores from the first 3 attempts count, so i am trying to find out if i close the quiz before attempting it, would it count as one attempt ? which leaves me with 2 more attempts for the highest scores to be counted towards final grades. You already get 3 attempts, and have to score at least 4/5 to pass, so it's a single point. When I looked at my quizzes, where I did not go back to score 5/5 on anything that I didn't get the 1st time, it only had me needing to score 55% instead of 53% (or something like that, it was 2% difference). So totally not worth it to spend the time unless you actually HAVE to to pass the course. And, you can go back and retake those where you only got 4/5 after the final, when you know if you passed, so it's DEFINITELY not worth your time if you don't need it. I wouldn't worry about this. |
