SL organizational behavior - Paramedic12 - 04-18-2018 Does SL’s organizational behavior still count at UL for TESU? I see on the website it comes to TESU as man-212. Also, business communication is showing com-202. Does this mean saylors business communication will also come in as LL now? Other than shmoops 5 UL courses for BALS, I’ve noticed a lot of UL credits dry up in recent months. Anyone have suggestions. I’m attempting to make a spreadsheet for a friend of mine RE: SL organizational behavior - Merlin - 04-18-2018 (04-18-2018, 05:43 AM)Paramedic12 Wrote: Does SL’s organizational behavior still count at UL for TESU? I’m attempting to make a spreadsheet for a friend of mine Yeah, a lot of the courses that ACE/NCCRS recommended for LL credit that TESU had been accepting as UL have been recently lowered to LL. So, other than Managerial Accounting and Microbiology, all of SL's courses are LL now. They've done the same to all the 100-level Study.com courses as well. As for Saylor's Corporate Communications, it is recommended by ACE and NCCRS as LL, so I'd assume that TESU evaluates it as LL now as well, along with a number of formerly UL Saylor courses. Along those same lines, none of the Shmoop courses are UL recommended, so I'm assuming those will all be downgrading soon, if they haven't already been downgraded. Other than colleges, and CBE exams, the best place to get UL credits these days is Davar (though Principles of Management and Managerial Communications are in danger of being downgraded) and Study.com, as long as you're going with the 300-level courses. Luckily Business Communications doesn't need to be UL... well, at least not for the BSBA. For folks looking at BALS, a number of the currently popular UL courses (like Shmoop) are likely drying up. RE: SL organizational behavior - Paramedic12 - 04-18-2018 I’ve heard that study.com is a great place to get UL credits but specific courses are hard to get info on because TESU is so wishy washy with downgrading courses. Is there any specific study.com UL BALS humanities course that you would recommend? RE: SL organizational behavior - dfrecore - 04-18-2018 There are TONS of UL credits available, especially at Study.com. TESU isn't wishy-washy, as much as they've made a concerted effort recently (Jan 1st) to get in line with ACE/NCCRS recommendations for UL credit. The fact that they allowed lots of LL credits to come in as UL was generous, and we've been lucky. |
