University of Potomac? anyone take classes there - frank.f.franky - 04-03-2018 Tuition seems reasonable $240 a semester credit hour (I hate the quarter system, $200 hr. becomes $300 semester hour). https://potomac.edu/federal-financial-aid/tuition/ What's weird they have only 150 students at the two campuses. Seems that with the accreditations someone would buy it out. https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/college-university-search/university-of-the-potomac-dc https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/college-university-search/university-of-the-potomac-virginia RE: University of Potomac? anyone take classes there - frank.f.franky - 05-23-2018 I'm guessing they didn't want me as a student. Paid $30 application fee, sent my transcripts ($30), wanted a degree evaluation, they tried to slam-me into classes I did not request, and of course no degree evaluation. Got this today from the school which is total crap, I should be an Associates in General Studies soon. Good Morning, The transcripts you provided have classes that are not offered in the program you selected at University of the Potomac. Consequently there are no transfer credits. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to contact me. While some schools are better than others, you can't count on that everywhere. RE: University of Potomac? anyone take classes there - videogamesrock - 05-24-2018 I’d move on from Potomac — they seen disorganized and unhelpful. I’ve had a few schools along the way that treated me that way and I simply moved on. |
