Sophia Project Management course but expiring soon 4/30/2018 ( ACE Credit Recommendation: In the upper-division baccalaureate degree category, 3 semester hours in project management)

Study.com also has a 3 credit upper-level project management course. It is also much cheaper than the Sophia option ($329).
At $250, CSU Global also has a few CBE's in project management (Project Management-MGT410EX, IT Project Management-ITS400EX, and Construction Project Management-PJM350EX) all of which should come in as 3 credit upper division courses.
