In a double major, can credit requirements overlap? - Pelican - 01-16-2018 I am working on a double major at TESU. I found that there are some credits that fall under multiple categories. For instance, if I get a BA in Chinese and a BA in English, the course on Chinese Poetry from BYU will probably fulfill requirements for Chinese literature in the BA in Chinese and for the non-Western literature in the BA in English. Can such requirements overlap? Does anyone know the maximum amount of such overlap is allowed? RE: In a double major, can credit requirements overlap? - ajs1976a - 01-16-2018 For the BA, 9 credits or 3 classes. https://www.tesu.edu/academics/catalog/Two-Areas-of-Study-Within-One-Degree.cfm RE: In a double major, can credit requirements overlap? - Pelican - 01-16-2018 (01-16-2018, 08:30 PM)ajs1976a Wrote: For the BA, 9 credits or 3 classes. Thanks for the link! I couldn't find it as they did not refer to it as a "double major". That is too bad to learn they do not allow triple majors. |
