Can't Request AP Scores - Doodlebabe - 11-13-2017

Has anyone else taken AP tests 4+ years ago and tried to request the scores? I have called the College Board number over a dozen times in a two week time span and have sent 2 emails. Neither email has been replied to within the 3-5 business days time frame they provide and whenever I call I get an automatic message saying there's an unusually high volume of callers, try again later, and it hangs up on me.
I've even tried adding it to my ACE transcript (I tried this first just for insurance). It's been over a month and still no approval.
I'm not really sure how else to try requesting my scores. I don't remember my login at all and can't request a password because the email it's attached to was hacked years ago and I deactivated it.
Am I fighting a losing battle? Should I just take the courses my tests would've covered? It's Western Civilization and English Literature (which, from my understanding, may go towards both English Comp I and II). So 6-9 credits.
Suggestions?

I have no problem requesting my old AP scores. I have requested the archived scores at least 5 times.

I just faxed their Archived form. You can also mail it in. https://secure-media.collegeboard.org/digitalServices/pdf/ap/ap-student-archived-scores-form.pdf

The archived form has to be used for scores over 4 years old.

Thank you Ideas!

And just as an FYI, HS Seniors are applying to colleges right now, and turning in those AP scores. So it probably really is the busiest time of the year for them. Not that it helps you get your score, but at least you know that something is going on over there.
