Hey folks,
I have been attempting to apply to Charter Oak but cant seem to apply. I tried new application and keep getting an error message. Do I have to use a specific web browser to apply or is just me? lol

Have you emailed them about the problem? I just let them know of another issue.

i applied to all 3 of the Big 3 back in July & Charter Oak was by far the fastest to get back with me and had the best communication over all. if you can't get through to them just give them a call, they will be more than happy to help you with whatever the issue is i'm sure

I opened an application just now (I'm using Google Chrome) without incident. I don't know about using a different browser, but it's worth a shot.
